光荣洞是蒙蒂塞洛水坝的枢纽开关，它位于加利福利亚北部。作用是在蒙蒂塞洛水坝存储能力达到极限的时候，把多余的水量尽快的派出。数据显示光荣洞完全打开时蒙蒂塞洛美每秒的出水流量可达1370 立方米/秒 。
